How care works here

No storefront-only purchasing. Every protocol goes through a clinician, a licensed pharmacy and a follow-up plan.

  1. 01

    Complete your intake

Answer a focused health history: medications, conditions, prior therapy, labs and what you want to change. It takes about ten minutes and you can save and return.

  2. 02

    Labs where needed

Some protocols — NAD+, sermorelin and the dual-agonist weight protocols — need recent bloodwork. We either use your existing panel or send a requisition for a local draw.

  3. 03

    Clinician review

A provider licensed in your state reviews everything and writes a protocol: compound, dose, titration and cycle length. Most reviews finish within 48 hours.

  4. 04

    Pharmacy fulfillment

Your prescription goes to a US-licensed compounding pharmacy. Temperature-sensitive items ship cold-chain with syringes, alcohol pads and a printed schedule.

  5. 05

    Check-ins and adjustments

Message your care team any time. Scheduled check-ins review tolerance, side effects and progress so dose and cycle length can be adjusted rather than guessed at.
